Our History
The company was founded on August 22, 1994, in Istanbul under the name TAÇ Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. In 1995, it went public on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) and continued to operate as an active participant in the capital markets for many years.
On February 29, 2012, the majority of the company’s shares were acquired by Dagi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. following transactions on the stock exchange. Subsequently, with Permission No. 6217 dated June 8, 2012, the company’s status as a securities investment partnership was lifted, and its name was changed to DAGİ Yatırım Holding A.Ş.
This transformation expanded the company’s scope of operations and allowed it to develop a diversified portfolio structure creating value across different sectors. As of August 2, 2012, the company’s shares began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the code DAGHL.
Through successive capital increases over the years, the company continued its growth, and on November 23, 2022, its issued capital was increased to 30 million TRY, strengthening its capital structure.
A New Era with Tera Group
On February 26, 2025, the majority of the company’s shares were acquired by Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. through transactions on Borsa Istanbul. This acquisition integrated the company into a strong investment group and combined its market experience with the visionary structure of the Tera Group.
On March 3, 2025, the company’s management was transferred to the Tera Group, and Mr. Emre Tezmen was appointed as Chairman of the Board. Concurrently, the company’s name was changed to Tera Finansal Yatırımlar A.Ş., positioning it as a strong, innovative, and investor-focused player in the financial markets.
