Emre TEZMEN – Chairman of the Board

Emre Tezmen is a CFA-certified financial analyst with 27 years of experience in Turkey's capital markets. He graduated with High Academic Achievement from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Economics Department in 1995 and completed his MBA at VUB-Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1997 with Distinction. Tezmen has held senior positions in research and corporate sales departments, led the E-seans online trading platform, and founded Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (2005), Arena Finans Faktoring (2015), Tera Portföy Yönetim A.Ş. (2020), TRA Bilişim, and Tera Yatırım Bankası (2023). He also established Tera Financial Investment Advisory in London to serve institutional investors globally.

Gül Ayşe ÇOLAK – Vice Chairman of the Board

Gül Ayşe Çolak completed her undergraduate degree at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, and earned her MBA at the University of San Diego. With nearly 30 years in the financial sector, she began her career in banking and held positions such as Head of Research, Strategist, and Equity Analyst. She joined Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as Research Director in 2005 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board. Çolak is a CFA charterholder and has contributed to numerous successful projects, including international investment initiatives.

Emir Münir SARPYENER – Board Member

Emir M. Sarpyener holds a bachelor's degree in International Business/Marketing from Marmara University and an MBA in Business/International Finance from The American University, Washington D.C. With 30 years in the financial sector, he has served in banking, research management, and portfolio management roles. He was CEO of Raymond James Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. and later held senior positions at Aura Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Sarpyener joined Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as Board Advisor and became a Board Member in April 2023. He has extensive experience in capital markets, asset management, M&A, and international investor relations.

Kadir BOY – Independent Board Member

Mr. Kadir Boy was born in 1956 in the Geyve district of Sakarya province. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Geyve and enrolled in the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 1975. He graduated with honors from the Department of Economics and Public Finance in 1979.
In 1980, he successfully passed the entrance examination for Assistant Accounts Expert organized by the Ministry of Finance and joined the Board of Accounts Experts. Within the Board, he was appointed as an Accounts Expert in 1983 after passing the proficiency examination and was promoted to Chief Accounts Expert in 1990.
During his tenure at the Board, he was appointed as Deputy Head of the Istanbul Group in October 1990 and subsequently as Deputy Chairman of the Board in December 1991.
He was assigned to the United Kingdom for study and research purposes for one year between 1987 and 1988, and for an additional four months in 1993.
Regarding his administrative duties, he was seconded as Deputy Treasurer of Istanbul on 15.12.1993 and served in this position until 02.03.1999. As of the same date, he was appointed as Treasurer of Istanbul, a position he held for approximately 5.5 years. On 27.08.2004, he was appointed as Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Boy voluntarily retired on 15.07.2005 after 26 years of public service.
Throughout his career, he also held several additional positions, including Representative of the Ministry of Finance at the Istanbul Olympic Games Preparation Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of the Export Promotion Study Center under the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, Member of the Hajj and Umrah Committee of the Presidency of Religious Affairs (as Representative of the Ministry of Finance), Chairman of the Audit Board of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, and Chairman of Istanbul Finance Sports Club.
During his retirement period, he has served as Auditor and Member of Advisory Boards in Real Estate Investment Trust companies.
Mr. Boy is the author of a book on Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for the Collection of Public Receivables and has published numerous articles on economic, financial, and tax-related matters in various professional journals. He also served for a short period as a visiting lecturer at Sakarya University and Istanbul Bilim University.

Gürkan PARLAKAÇ – Independent Board Member

Gürkan Parlakaç is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with expertise in organizational and business development. He operates globally in e-sports arenas, mobile gaming, blockchain, and payment systems. Currently, he manages start-up and venture capital investments at Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., focusing on gaming and advanced technology ecosystems. He has previously held leadership roles in advertising, event management, and production companies, demonstrating strong analytical, operational, and investor relations skills.
